1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://webmodtools.com and related services (“WebModTools”), a trade name of Bacon Cutter Media (KvK 76680940, VAT NL003121237B43), Aelbrechtskolk 45 B01, 3025HB Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

2. Acceptance

By using WebModTools you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

3. Free utilities — no warranty

WebModTools provides free browser and edge utilities “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tools may change, break, or be removed without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or Cloudflare infrastructure;
• use the tools for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or unauthorized access;
• paste secrets or personal data into tools or third-party webhooks unless you are authorized to do so;
• misrepresent affiliation with Discord, Google, Cloudflare, or other brands.

Discord, Google, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. WebModTools is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Google LLC.

5. User content and webhooks

Content you enter into client-side tools remains under your control. If you send data to a Discord webhook or other third-party endpoint, that transmission is between you and that third party. We do not store webhook URLs on our servers.

6. Intellectual property

The WebModTools name, site design, and original code are owned by Bacon Cutter Media or its licensors. You may use the public tools for personal or internal business purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or resell the service in a way that competes unfairly or violates applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Bacon Cutter Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of WebModTools. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the free service is limited to €0 (zero euro), except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including intent or gross negligence).

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply if you qualify as a consumer in the EU/EEA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
