Measure first. Guessing “need better host” without resmon is expensive folklore.

Measure
- Use resmon / resource monitors during peak RP, not empty nights.
- Watch hitch warnings in console — spikes often map to a single script or DB call.
- Heavy MLOs and poorly streamed assets punish clients; audit map packs you don't need.
Fix patterns
- Throttle loops; avoid wait(0) spam in busy resources.
- Cache DB reads; don't query inventory on every tick.
- Cap entity/spawn rates for vehicle and ped systems.
- Upgrade CPU/RAM only after the top offenders are trimmed — then re-measure.
